Rhossili Bay & the Downs – A walk of contrasts visiting sea shore, sand dunes and high downs with panoramic views. 8kms with 200m of ascent Stroll.
Port Eynon & Paviland – An exploratory ramble along a magnificent coastline frequented by shaman, smugglers & salt makers. 12kms with 250m of ascent. Stretch.
Pwll Du & Three Cliffs – A peaceful stroll through a wooded valley, then the superlative coastal scenery of South Gower. 12kms with 120m of ascent. Stretch.
Stroll – A straightforward walk of less than 10kms, mostly on good paths.
Stretch – Mainly between 10kms and 15kms, these walks are slightly more demanding and may include short, steep climbs or sections of rough terrain.
Strenuous – Full-on hill-walking with long or steep climbs, sometimes on difficult terrain.
