Location = The hills to the north of Blaenavon, a World Heritage Site at the south-eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Description =  A surprisingly scenic stroll through a fascinating industrial landscape made famous by the novels of Alexander Cordell, demonstrating how a once ravaged land can quickly be reclaimed by nature. Cordell fans will recognise many of the place names, and the walk passes several sites mentioned in his books.

Distance & duration = 15kms with 100m of ascent. Allow 4 hours.
