Location = The south-western coastline of the Gower Peninsular, the first place in Britain to be designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Description =  An exploratory ramble along a magnificent coastline frequented by smugglers, cave bears, pigeon farmers and salt makers. The outward route includes some of the finest coastal walking in Britain, whilst the return journey crosses ancient meadows and farmland.

Distance & duration = 12kms with 300m of ascent. Allow 4 hours plus exploration time.
